A Yes. OEM: production according to your design or sample. ODM: we can offer our existing styles for you to choose from, or we can develop new designs based on your requirements. We have a professional design team to support you.

A We have a strict internal quality control system, with inspections at every stage from raw material arrival to finished product shipment. Before shipment, we can provide photos/videos, or you can arrange a third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, BV) at your own cost.

A We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), PayPal (for small sample orders), Western Union, etc. For regular orders, a 30–70% deposit is required in advance, with the balance paid before shipment or against the copy of the bill of lading.

A We can provide free samples of our regular stock items, but the shipping cost is borne by the customer. For custom samples, a sampling fee is required, which is refundable against the formal order.

A Yes. MOQ varies by product. For socks, it is usually 100 pairs per design. For bags, it is usually 100-500 pieces per design. Specific quantities can be negotiated depending on the style and complexity of the process. Small trial orders and sample orders are also welcome.
